Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our standard return policy for most of the products is 30 days from the ship date However JK MEDIRISE supplies hundreds of products, and the return policy for each product may vary. Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless, the item is confirmed defective with the manufacturer. If any product is found to be defective, JK MEDIRISE will promptly exchange. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped or manufactured, we will refund the entire amount. But in case of cancellation of the product after manufacturing process has stated or shipment process done, you are advised, to contact our customer Support and follow the advice.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver our products through courier services/ Air Cargo/ FCL and LCL shipment. You may expect the delivery of your order as per the information provided in purchase order.
